# 60-Minute Webinar Outline: "How Supply and Demand Traders Pass Prop Firm Challenges on Their First Attempt"

> **Presenter:** Chris Leet, Pro Trading School
> **Prepared by:** Lorenzo Sanchez, Alexo Digital
> **Date:** March 2026
> **Runtime:** 60 minutes
> **Offer:** S&D Mastery Mentorship ($3,997)

---

## Pre-Webinar Notes

**Technical setup:** Screenshare with trading charts pre-loaded (TradingView or MT4). Two clean charts ready: one cluttered with 6 indicators, one with only S&D zones marked. Have a whiteboard or slide deck for the offer section. Application link ready in chat.

**Audience profile:** Forex traders who know what supply and demand is (they signed up for this webinar). Most have taken at least one course. Many have failed a prop firm challenge. Sophistication level 4: they have heard every promise. Lead with proof and specificity, not hype.

**Tone:** Authoritative. Institutional framing. No lifestyle promises. No income claims. Practical and direct. Speak as someone with 20 years of screen time, not as a motivational speaker.

## SECTION 1: HOOK (0:00 - 5:00)

### Opening Statement (0:00 - 1:30)

**[Open with chart on screen. No slides. No intro animation. Just a chart.]**

"I want to show you something. This is a EUR/USD 4-hour chart from last Thursday. I marked one supply zone before the London session opened. Price rallied into that zone, rejected, and dropped 87 pips in four hours. One zone. One trade. No indicators on the chart."

**[Pause. Let them look at the chart.]**

"That trade would have passed the daily profit target on an FTMO $100K evaluation account. With room to spare."

"Now, I could spend the next hour telling you how great supply and demand trading is. You already know that, or you would not be here. Instead, I want to talk about a problem that affects 90% of traders who attempt prop firm challenges. And it is not what you think."

### The Prop Firm Problem (1:30 - 3:30)

"The prop firm industry is now worth $7.14 billion. Growing at 10.9% per year. FTMO just acquired OANDA for $250 million. Every serious trader is either funded or trying to get funded."

"But 90% of traders fail their first evaluation. Some estimates put it higher."

"Why? It is not because they cannot trade. Most traders who attempt a challenge already have a method. They have studied. They have screen time. They can identify setups."

"They fail because of three things:"

1. "They do not have a method built for evaluation rules. A 5% daily drawdown limit changes everything about how you size positions, where you place stops, and which setups you take."
2. "They trade in isolation. No one reviews their zones. No one catches their mistakes before they compound. No one says 'that is not a valid zone, here is why.'"
3. "They have information but no implementation structure. They watched 200 YouTube videos on supply and demand, but when they sit down to take the evaluation, they freeze."

**[Pause.]**

"I have taught 25,000+ students the supply and demand method over the past 20 years. That is not a number I throw around to impress you. It is the reason I know exactly where most traders get stuck. And for the next 55 minutes, I am going to show you the specific adjustments that separate traders who pass from traders who blow their evaluation on day three."

### Roadmap (3:30 - 5:00)

"Here is what we are covering today:"

1. "First, I will show you how to identify and trade S&D zones that respect prop firm drawdown rules. Specific setups. Live charts. You will leave with something you can use tomorrow."
2. "Second, I will break down why 25,000 students took my course and most of them are still not consistently profitable. That is not a comfortable thing for me to say, but it is honest, and understanding it is the key to fixing it."
3. "Third, if you want my help implementing this as a structured 12-week program with live coaching, I will show you exactly what that looks like. But that does not come until minute 35. Everything before that is yours to keep and use regardless."

"Fair enough? Let us get into it."

---

## SECTION 2: TEACHING BLOCK 1: S&D Zones for Funded Accounts (5:00 - 20:00)

### Setup: The Indicator Problem (5:00 - 7:00)

**[Switch to the cluttered chart: RSI, MACD, Stochastic, Bollinger Bands, two moving averages, and a volume indicator.]**

"This is what most traders' charts look like. Six indicators. Each one telling you something different. RSI says oversold. MACD says momentum is still bearish. Stochastic says buy. Bollinger Bands say price is at the lower band."

"You are studying six indicators. Banks are watching two zones."

**[Switch to the clean chart: same pair, same timeframe, only S&D zones marked.]**

"Same chart. Same timeframe. Two zones marked. One supply zone at the top. One demand zone at the bottom. Price has respected both three times in the last two weeks."

"When you trade off zones instead of indicators, your decision-making simplifies. You know where you are buying. You know where you are selling. You know where your stop goes. You know your risk before you enter."

"That clarity is not optional for prop firm traders. It is mandatory. Because when your daily drawdown limit is 5%, you cannot afford ambiguity."

### Core Teaching: Zone Identification for Evaluation Accounts (7:00 - 13:00)

**[Live chart walkthrough. Screen share. Mark zones in real time.]**

"Let me walk you through exactly how I identify a zone that is safe to trade on an evaluation account. I am going to use three filters."

**Filter 1: Fresh zones only.**

"A zone that has been tested twice is not a zone anymore. It is a level. For evaluation trading, I only take first-touch zones. Price left this area aggressively, meaning institutional orders are sitting there. When price returns for the first time, those orders are still unfilled."

**[Mark a drop-base-rally zone on the chart. Draw the proximal and distal lines.]**

"See this basing candle? That is your zone boundary. The proximal line is the nearest edge. The distal line is the far edge. Your entry goes at the proximal line. Your stop goes beyond the distal line."

**Filter 2: Risk-to-reward must be 1:3 or better before you enter.**

"On an evaluation account, you need to protect capital first and grow it second. A 1:3 R:R means you can be wrong twice and right once, and you are still profitable for the day. That math matters when your account has a maximum loss threshold."

**[Show the R:R calculation on the chart. Proximal line to stop = risk. Proximal line to nearest opposing zone = reward.]**

"This zone has a 22-pip risk and a 71-pip target. That is 1:3.2. I take this trade."

**Filter 3: Higher timeframe confluence.**

"Before I enter on the 1-hour or 4-hour chart, I check the daily and weekly. Is this zone aligned with the higher timeframe trend? Is there a larger demand zone supporting a smaller demand zone?"

**[Show the same setup on the daily chart. Point out the nested zone structure.]**

"When a 4-hour demand zone sits inside a daily demand zone, you have institutional orders stacked at the same level across two timeframes. That is confluence. That is the highest-probability setup I teach."

### Prop Firm Application: Position Sizing and Drawdown Math (13:00 - 17:00)

**[Switch to a simple spreadsheet or whiteboard.]**

"Now let me show you how this translates to an actual evaluation account."

"FTMO $100K challenge rules: 10% maximum total loss. 5% maximum daily loss. Profit target: 10% in 30 days."

"Most traders blow their challenge because they size too large on day one. They want to hit the 10% target fast, so they risk 2-3% per trade. Two losses in a row and they have hit the daily drawdown limit. Three bad days and the challenge is over."

"Here is what I teach instead:"

- "Risk 0.5% per trade for the first 5 trading days. That is $500 risk per trade on a $100K account."
- "Your stop is beyond the distal line. If the zone is 20 pips wide, your position size is calculated backward from the $500 risk."
- "At 1:3 R:R, one winning trade nets $1,500. Two winners and one loser in a day nets $2,000."
- "Five days at that pace: $10,000. Challenge passed. And your maximum drawdown never exceeded 1.5%."

"That is conservative. That is boring. And it is exactly how you pass."

**[Pause for emphasis.]**

"The traders who fail are the ones who try to be aggressive in an environment that punishes aggression. The evaluation is not asking you to be a great trader. It is asking you to be a disciplined one."

### Live Example Walkthrough (17:00 - 20:00)

**[Pull up a recent trade. Walk through zone identification, entry, stop placement, position sizing, and outcome.]**

"Let me show you a real trade from this month. GBP/USD, 4-hour chart."

**[Walk through each step. Mark the zone. Show the basing candle. Draw proximal and distal lines. Calculate position size for a $100K evaluation account. Show where price entered the zone and reversed.]**

"73 pips. At 0.5% risk and 1:3.3 R:R, that is a 1.65% account gain from a single trade. On a $100K evaluation, that is $1,650."

"No indicators. No guessing. One zone, one plan, one execution."

**[Transition phrase.]**

"Everything I just showed you works. The three filters, the position sizing framework, the drawdown math. You can take this and start applying it to your charts tonight."

"But I want to be honest with you about something. And this is the part of the presentation that most educators skip."

---

## SECTION 3: TEACHING BLOCK 2: Information vs. Implementation (20:00 - 35:00)

### The Uncomfortable Truth (20:00 - 24:00)

"I have taught 25,000+ students the supply and demand method. My Candlestick Trading Bible has been downloaded over a million times across 36 countries. My YouTube channel has 222,000 subscribers."

"And most of those students are not consistently profitable."

**[Let that land. Do not rush past it.]**

"I am not saying the method does not work. It does. I trade it every day. The students who apply it correctly see results. But the percentage who actually reach consistency is lower than I want it to be."

"I spent a long time trying to figure out why. I kept adding more lessons. More examples. More content. The course went from 20 lessons to 62 lessons. I published hundreds of YouTube videos. I wrote blog posts breaking down every candlestick pattern, every zone type, every confluence factor."

"More information did not fix the problem."

"A student on a trading forum put it better than I could: 'I have been trading for approximately 5 years. I have either been losing or breaking even over the long term.' Five years. That is not a lack of information. That is a lack of implementation support."

### Why Self-Paced Courses Have a Ceiling (24:00 - 28:00)

"A self-paced course does three things well:"

1. "It teaches you the framework. What are supply and demand zones. How to draw them. What confluence means."
2. "It gives you examples. Here is a zone that worked. Here is why."
3. "It lets you learn at your own pace. Watch a lesson, rewatch it, move on when you are ready."

"But it cannot do three things that matter more for consistency:"

1. "It cannot look at YOUR chart and tell you whether YOUR zone identification is correct. Zone drawing has subjectivity. Beginners misidentify bases and departure legs. A course cannot catch that in real time."
2. "It cannot hold you accountable to a structured practice plan. Most students watch all 62 lessons in a week, trade for two weeks, hit a losing streak, and stop. There is no one to pull them back."
3. "It cannot give you feedback when your execution breaks down under pressure. The trader who said 'I seem to do everything as plan and fail' is describing a real phenomenon: knowing the method intellectually and failing to execute it when money is on the line."

"This is the gap between information and implementation. Every trading educator has the same problem. The content is solid. The delivery method has a ceiling."

### What Actually Creates Consistent Traders (28:00 - 32:00)

"Over 20 years, I have watched thousands of students go from learning to earning. The ones who made it had three things in common:"

**1. Live feedback on their zone identification.**

"Not watching me mark zones on a pre-recorded video. Having me look at THEIR chart, in real time, and say 'that zone is valid, here is why' or 'that is not a zone, here is what you are missing.' That correction loop is what builds pattern recognition faster than anything else."

**2. A structured preparation plan with external accountability.**

"The prop firm traders who pass do not wing it. They follow a 30-day preparation plan: week one focuses on zone identification accuracy, week two on entry timing, week three on position sizing discipline, week four on live simulation. Each week has specific milestones. Someone is checking whether they hit them."

**3. A peer group going through the same challenge.**

"Trading is isolating. You sit alone at a screen making decisions that cost you money. A small group of 8-12 traders preparing for the same prop firm challenge creates something that no course and no YouTube video can provide: accountability from people who understand what you are going through."

"One more quote from a student that stuck with me: 'Discipline means nothing if you have no rules to follow in the first place.' I would add: rules mean nothing if you have no one helping you follow them."

### Bridge to the Problem (32:00 - 35:00)

"So what I realized over the past year is that Pro Trading School's biggest limitation is not the methodology. The method works. The biggest limitation is that I have been delivering a high-touch method through a low-touch medium."

"Supply and demand trading requires judgment. Zone identification is not mechanical. Confluence is not a checklist you run through mindlessly. It requires someone with experience saying 'yes, that is right' or 'no, adjust this.'"

"A $59 course cannot deliver that. A YouTube video cannot deliver that. And I was not offering anything else."

"Until now."

---

## SECTION 4: TRANSITION (35:00 - 40:00)

### Permission to Leave (35:00 - 37:00)

"If you want to take what I taught in the last 35 minutes and apply it on your own, you have enough to get started. The three-filter framework for evaluation-safe zones. The position sizing math. The drawdown management approach. That is a complete system for attempting a prop firm challenge."

"Some of you will take that, apply it, pass your challenge, and never think about this webinar again. Good. That is a win."

"But some of you are in a different position. You have the information. You have had the information for months or years. What you do not have is someone making sure you apply it correctly. Someone reviewing your zones. Someone catching your mistakes before they cost you a $300 evaluation fee."

"If that is you, I built something this year specifically for traders in that situation. Let me show you what it is."

### Frame the Offer (37:00 - 40:00)

"I spent the last 6 months designing a program that fixes the gap between knowing the S&D method and consistently executing it. It is called the S&D Mastery Mentorship. It runs for 12 weeks. It is live. It is small. And it is the first time in 20 years of teaching that I am offering direct coaching."

"Let me walk you through exactly what is included, what it costs, and who it is for."

---

## SECTION 5: THE OFFER (40:00 - 50:00)

### Program Overview (40:00 - 43:00)

"The S&D Mastery Mentorship is a 12-week live group coaching program. Here is what you get:"

**Component 1: Weekly Live Zone Analysis Calls (12 sessions)**

"Every week, I share my screen, pull up the charts, and identify institutional zones in real time. You watch me work. You ask questions. You learn to see the market through the eyes of someone who has been reading price for 20 years. These are not pre-recorded. These are live, interactive sessions where your questions drive the analysis."

**Component 2: 1-on-1 Trade Review Sessions (2 per month)**

"Twice a month, you send me your trade journal and your zone identification screenshots. I review them personally and give you specific feedback: what you are doing right, what you are missing, and what to adjust. This is the correction loop that self-paced students never get."

**Component 3: Prop Firm Challenge Prep Module**

"A structured 30-day preparation plan built specifically for S&D traders attempting prop firm evaluations. Week-by-week milestones. Position sizing templates for FTMO, MyFundedFX, The Funded Trader, and Topstep. Drawdown management frameworks. This module alone would be worth $297 if I sold it separately."

**Component 4: Private Community with Daily Zone Alerts**

"A dedicated space for mentorship students only. I post pre-market zone analysis on major pairs every trading day. You post your zones for peer review and my feedback. This is where the real learning happens: seeing how other traders at your level identify zones, and getting corrected in real time."

**Component 5: Funded Trader Accountability Pod**

"Small groups of 8-12 traders preparing for the same prop firm challenge. Shared progress tracking. Weekly check-ins. Peer accountability from traders who understand exactly what you are going through."

### Pricing and Payment (43:00 - 45:00)

"The S&D Mastery Mentorship is $3,997."

**[State the price clearly. Do not hedge. Do not apologize.]**

"You can pay in full at $3,997. Or you can split it into 3 monthly payments of $1,399."

"Let me put that in context. The average trader fails 2-3 prop firm challenges before passing. Each evaluation costs $300-$600. That is $600-$1,800 spent on failed attempts, plus the time lost, plus the psychological damage of repeated failure."

"If this program helps you pass on your first or second attempt, you save $600+ in evaluation fees. And you gain access to a funded account with $50,000 to $200,000 in trading capital. The ROI math is not abstract. It is specific to your next evaluation."

"For comparison: Set and Forget Academy charges $540 for a self-paced course with no live coaching. Pure Financial Academy charges up to $4,999. Rayner Teo charges $3,999 for his coaching program. This is priced at $3,997 with live 1-on-1 trade reviews that none of those competitors include."

### The Guarantee (45:00 - 47:00)

**[This is the most important part of the offer. Deliver it with confidence.]**

"I am including a guarantee that no other supply and demand educator offers."

"It is called 'Pass or Repeat Free.'"

"Here is how it works: Complete the full 12-week program. Follow the structured prep plan. Attempt a prop firm challenge. If you do not pass, you repeat the entire mentorship program for free. Same live calls. Same trade reviews. Same community access. Zero additional cost."

"There are two conditions. First, you must complete the program. All 12 weeks. Attend the calls. Submit your trade journals. Do the work. Second, you must follow the prep plan and actually attempt a challenge. This guarantee is for traders who show up and execute, not for people who sign up and disappear."

"If you do the work and do not pass, that is on me. And I will coach you again until you do."

### Bonuses (47:00 - 48:30)

"Three bonuses for anyone who enrolls during this webinar or within 48 hours:"

1. **Prop Firm Challenge Prep Module (Value: $297).** "This is included in the mentorship, but I am calling it out specifically because it would be a standalone product for traders who just want the evaluation prep framework without the coaching."

2. **Backtesting Template Pack.** "Pre-built spreadsheets for tracking your zone identification accuracy, win rate by zone type, and R:R distribution. The same templates I use to evaluate my own trading."

3. **Lifetime Community Access.** "After your 12 weeks, you keep access to the private community. Most coaching programs cut you off when the program ends. You stay in. You keep getting daily zone alerts. You keep the peer accountability."

### Who This Is For / Not For (48:30 - 50:00)

"This program is for traders who already understand the basics of supply and demand. You have taken a course, watched the videos, studied the method. You know what zones are. You know what confluence means. But you are not consistently profitable, and you recognize that more information is not the answer."

"It is specifically designed for traders preparing for prop firm evaluations. If you are planning to attempt a challenge in the next 3-6 months, this program is built around that timeline."

"This is NOT for complete beginners who have never placed a trade. The $59 foundations course covers that. This is the next step for traders who have the knowledge but need the implementation support."

"This is NOT for traders looking for signals or trade alerts. I am not telling you what to trade. I am teaching you how to identify and execute your own setups with confidence."

"Each cohort is limited to 20-30 traders. That cap exists because I personally review every trade journal and conduct every live session. If I take 200 students, the quality drops. I will not let that happen."

---

## SECTION 6: Q&A AND CLOSE (50:00 - 60:00)

### Transition to Q&A (50:00 - 51:00)

"I have dropped the application link in the chat. If you are ready, click it now. The application takes 2 minutes. It asks about your trading experience, your prop firm goals, and your timeline. I review every application personally."

**[Post the application link in chat. Pin it.]**

"While applications come in, let me answer the questions I know you have. I have heard them all. Let me address them directly."

### Pre-Loaded Objection Handling (51:00 - 56:00)

**Objection 1: "Can I just learn this from your YouTube channel for free?"**

"You can learn the method for free. I have published hundreds of videos. The information is there. What is not there: someone reviewing your specific zone identification, correcting your mistakes in real time, holding you to a structured prep plan, and keeping you accountable when you hit a losing streak. Information is free. Implementation support is not."

**Objection 2: "$3,997 is a lot of money."**

"It is. Compare it to two numbers. First: what you have already spent on courses, indicators, and failed prop firm evaluations. Most traders I talk to have spent $1,000-$3,000 over the past 2-3 years with nothing to show for it. Second: what a funded account is worth. A $100K funded account with an 80% profit split means your first $5,000 in profits nets you $4,000. The program pays for itself with your first profitable month on a funded account."

**Objection 3: "How do I know this is not another scam?"**

"I have been teaching for 20 years. 25,000+ students. 222,000 YouTube subscribers. 1 million ebook downloads across 36 countries. I am not anonymous. I am not hiding behind a Lamborghini. My track record is public. And the 'Pass or Repeat Free' guarantee means if you do the work and do not get results, you repeat for free. The risk is on me."

**Objection 4: "I have been burned by coaching programs before."**

"I understand. Most 'coaching programs' in this space are a Slack group and a weekly Zoom call where someone screen shares pre-recorded content. The S&D Mastery Mentorship includes 1-on-1 trade reviews twice a month. I am looking at YOUR charts. I am giving YOU specific feedback. That is the difference between a group program and actual coaching."

**Objection 5: "What if I am not ready for a prop firm challenge yet?"**

"The first 6 weeks of the program focus on zone identification mastery and execution consistency. The prop firm prep module kicks in during weeks 7-12. If you are not ready for an evaluation by week 12, the 'Pass or Repeat Free' guarantee gives you a second full run. You do not need to be challenge-ready today. You need to be committed to becoming challenge-ready."

### Live Q&A (56:00 - 58:00)

**[Take 2-3 live questions from chat. Prioritize specific questions over generic ones. If someone asks a question you already answered, point them to the specific section.]**

**[If a question reveals a genuine objection not covered above, address it directly and honestly. Do not deflect.]**

### Final Close (58:00 - 60:00)

"The application link is in the chat. I will leave it open for 48 hours after this webinar."

"This cohort starts on [DATE]. 20-30 spots. When they fill, they fill. The next cohort will not open for 3 months."

"If you have been studying supply and demand for months or years and you are still not consistently profitable, more YouTube videos are not going to fix that. More courses are not going to fix that. What fixes it is someone with 20 years of experience looking at your charts, correcting your zone identification, and holding you accountable to a structured plan."

"That is what this program is. Apply in the next 48 hours and you get the Prop Firm Challenge Prep Module, the backtesting templates, and lifetime community access included."

"Thank you for spending an hour with me. Whether you apply or not, the three-filter framework and the drawdown math I taught in the first 35 minutes are yours. Use them."

"I will be in the community answering questions for the next hour. See you there."

**[End webinar. Keep application link pinned in chat.]**
